Girls & Boys Ages 5-10


Come out and spend the day with Softball BC’s Learn to Play instructors.

Now girls and boys, aged 5 to 10, are invited to come out and learn the softball basics, as they take part in the Softball BC/Scotiabank Canadian Open Fastpitch Learn to Play Softball Clinic.

At the Softball BC/Scotiabank Canadian Open Fastpitch Learn to Play Clinic, BC's youngest athletes will experience the joy of softball.

Where: Sunnyside Park
When: Saturday, July 20 from 9:00am to 1:00pm
Price: $35.00 CAD

There will be two separate clinics for different age groups:
  • Children aged 5-7 are invited to participate in the first clinic from 9:00 am - 11:00 am.
  • Children aged 8-10 are invited to participate in the second clinic from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Every child participating in the clinic will also receive:
  • One complimentary clinic t-shirt (youth sizes)
  • Opportunity to be in our Parade of Athletes on Wednesday, July 17th alongside some of the best athletes in the world! (Further details will be provided upon registration)
Space is restricted and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Clinic supervision is provided only from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm. Parents/guardians must pick their children up at either 11:00 am or 1:00 pm. Parents/guardians are also invited to stay and watch for the duration of the clinic.

The girls watched some exciting international ball and also competed against some great teams from all over Canada and the U.S. The girls have experienced some memories they will never forget. At the coaches meeting you stated that all teams would be treated the same and your word was held by all. My athletes were treated with the utmost respect and loved every minute of this tournament.
